Raise Confident, Capable, Intuitive Eaters Without Pressure, Power Struggles, or Mealtime Stress
A step-by-step guide to feeding babies, toddlers, and young children so they grow up trusting their bodies and enjoying food.
Co-created by a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Feeding Kids Shouldn’t Feel This Confusing
Many parents feel overwhelmed by feeding their toddlers and young children.
You're not alone.
Most feeding challenges aren’t caused by “bad habits” or “picky eaters.” They’re actually a very normal part of child development.
When parents understand what’s happening developmentally at each stage, mealtimes become much calmer and power struggles disappear.
• Why does my toddler suddenly refuse dinner?
• Is picky eating normal?
• How much should my child actually be eating?
• Am I accidentally creating bad food habits?
The Mindfull Method
The Mindfull Method is a developmental roadmap that helps parents feed their children with confidence, clarity, and stress-free from infancy through early childhood.
Instead of rigid rules or pressure at the table, we teach parents how to create structure, calm, and trust around food.
Our integrative approach combines nutrition science, cognitive behavioral child development, responsive feeding, and intuitive eating principles to help you raise children who grow up feeling confident around food and connected to their bodies.
What Sets Us Apart
Dual expertise: Created by both a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, we combine nutrition science and child development for each stage.
Developmentally appropriate: We teach parents what feeding actually looks like at each stage of childhood and how it changes over time, so you know what’s normal and how to lead with confidence.
Evidence-based approach: Our approach integrates intuitive eating, responsive feeding, and child development research to support healthy eating habits from the very beginning.
Practical tools you can use today: We go beyond theory to give parents clear strategies, scripts, and routines that reduce pressure and power struggles around food.
Building healthy relationships with food early: By supporting children’s natural hunger and fullness cues from the start, we help families build a positive, lasting relationship with food.
