Helping moms of littles build healthy relationships with food
& prevent eating disorders before they start.
A transformative, one-of-a-kind solution to prevent eating disorders, combining narrative therapy, gentle nutrition education, and intuitive eating.
Eat without stress. Build a healthy relationship with food for your whole family.
Do you find yourself stressing about every meal, wondering if your child is eating "enough" or the "right" foods?
Do you fear passing on your own food struggles to your kids?
You are not alone, we are here to help.
The Mindfull Method, designed for the family system, helps you heal your relationship with food while nurturing your child's natural eating instincts. This helps prevent eating disorders before they start.
Unlike other parenting programs, the Mindfull Method addresses both YOUR food story and your child's developing relationship with food. It’s a multidisciplinary approach created by BOTH a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Registered Dietitian (RD).
The Mindfull Method is for you if:
You want your child to have a better relationship with food than you did
You want to break generational patterns around food and body image
You're tired of mealtime battles and power struggles
You notice your personal food rules creating conflict at mealtimes
You worry about "messing up" your child's eating
You're want your child to honor their hunger and fullness cues
